We are excited that you have engaged with CityFest as a partnering church! The questions below are designed to help us determine how to best refer those who indicate a response to Jesus to a local church.
This form must be submitted for your church to be considered as a referral location for responders who do not currently have a church home or have not indicated a previous connection with a church.Thank you for providing the following information.
CityFest response cards will be mailed and emailed to churches for follow-up.
CONTACT: Those who respond at the festival should be contacted within 36 to 48 hours after you receive their information. What is your church's plan for immediate contact with individuals referred to your church after the festival?
CONNECT: What is your plan for welcoming and connecting new believers to your church community and helping them grow in their new or renewed faith in Christ?
What specialized ministries do you have in place (i.e., small groups, support groups, celebrate recover, college/career, children, youth group)?
